Chef Chris Dodson
Meet Chef Chris, a three-star Michelin trained chef who has an impressive culinary background that includes being an army combat veteran and a Food Network Chopped Champion. Raised in the small town of Fayetteville, N.C, Chris always had a passion for cooking and creating new and innovative dishes that tantalize the taste buds.
After graduating from high school, Chris joined the army and served his country for several years before deciding to pursue his culinary dreams. Chris has worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants in Chicago, where he refined his craft and developed his own unique style of cooking.
While being the sous chef at 3 Michelin star Alinea, he continues to push the boundaries of traditional cooking and create an immersive dining experience for his guests.
In his free time, Chris enjoys traveling the world, exploring new cultures, and learning about different culinary traditions. He also volunteers his time and expertise to help veterans transition back into civilian life through various food-related programs.

Can I modify my event details after booking?
Of course! Details don’t need to be finalized until 7 days before the event. For modifications within 7 days of an event, please contact our concierge or the service provider directly.
What time does my chef arrive?
For private dining experiences, your chef or service team will arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to the Start Time entered at the time of booking. Exact details will be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. For massage services, your therapist typically arrives 15 - 20 minutes before the Start Time you selected.
How does the booking process work?
Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, and a reservation is not considered confirmed until at least a deposit has been made. Once a reservation has been made, you can work with our concierge or directly with the chef or service provider to fine-tune and customize your event.
