Chef Frank Picchiotti

Meet Chef Frank Picchiotti, born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois!

When he was about 11 years old, Chef Frank's parents brought him to Bandera, a Chicago restaurant that overlooks Michigan Ave. The restaurant kitchen was an open concept, chicken was on a rotisserie roasting, smells filled the air, and Chef Frank was amazed. Little did he know, 14 years later he would find himself in that exact kitchen, preparing and cooking those exact dishes he grew up loving.

Prior to his experience as a Culinary Manager at Bandera, Chef Frank worked at renowned Chicago restaurants such as Girl & the Goat and Oak Park staple, Maya Del Sol.

After 5 years in the culinary industry, Chef Frank launched a private business selling Frozen Gyoza from scratch.
